The Graduate Exemption/Transfer Coursework form is used for two types of situations:
1. When a student has taken some undergraduate courses that they believe should Exempt them from certain graduate-level foundation and/or Core MBA courses. NOTE: This applies to students following the pre-Fall 2004 MBA curriculum.

2. When a student has graduate-level coursework that they want to Transfer in and count toward the hours needed for the graduate degree.
