Graduate Students

Be Your Own Success Story!

The Career Management Center (CMC) provides Robinson graduate students with a variety of services, resources and events to help them reach their career goals.

How do I get started?

Step 1 – Meet with your Career Counselor

We strongly recommend you connect individually with your career counselor in the first 3 months of your program.

  • Initial Assessment – Our process begins with a 15- to 30-minute assessment of your career goals.  We can complete the assessment via phone or in-person. Based on this assessment, our staff will identify next steps, help you access our resources, and work with you to develop a career action plan. Please contact the career counselor who supports your program (listed below) to get started.
  • Office hours – Each of our career counselors offers regular office hours in order to provide students with a consistent time to meet in person to address "quick questions" about resumes, cover letters, job search strategies, etc. Please contact the CMC career counselor who supports your program for office hours and locations.
  • Individual Appointments – For one-on-one assistance, please contact the career counselor who supports your program to schedule an appointment.
