Is there a charge?
- Graduates may bring up to three guests at no charge. The price for each additional guest (13 years old and older) is $35. Children under the age of 13 are free.

What are the payment options?
- Only credit card transactions are accepted for online registration. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover.

I need to increase my number of guests and I've already registered. How do I add them?

Will I receive tickets for the brunch?

No, you will not receive tickets for the brunch. Please be sure to check in at the registration desk and pick up your name badge. Your name badge will contain important instructions for the program.

Can I pay for extra people at the brunch?

Yes. If are unable to register for your last-minute guests, and your number of guests exceeds three people, then you may pay for them at the registration desk. It is $35 for each person 13 years old and above. Please make your check payable to Georgia State University.

Will you provide my guests with name badges?
- No. Only the graduates will wear name badges.

By what date do I need to register for the brunch?

The last day to register for the brunch is Friday, May 10, 2013.

What will happen during the program at the brunch?

Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. At 10 a.m., graduates will line up. Students' names will be called, and they will walk across the stage, receive their college gift and have a photo taken with Dean Huss and their program director. They will then move to center stage for a group photo.

Can we wear commencement regalia to the brunch?

Please do not wear your regalia at the brunch. A coat check is provided to hold your regalia during the brunch.

Will there be food at the brunch?

Yes, food and refreshments will be served and a vegetarian option will be available.

Do we have access to the photographs taken at the reception?

Yes, all photos taken by the university photographer will be complimentary. Photos are uploaded to the college's flickr account » You will be notified by email when the photos are posted on the website.

Will there be an opportunity for my family and friends to take photographs?

Yes. Photos may be taken throughout the event.

Where do I park? How much is it? Is it convenient to the Georgia Dome?
- Graduates and their guests can park in the Red Lot of the Georgia Dome, which is convenient to the Georgia World Congress Center. I'm unable to attend the brunch. Can I still receive the college gift?

Yes, you may pick up the college gift at the Robinson College of Business (35 Broad Street, Atlanta, GA 30303) Dean's Office, Suite 700.

The Spring 2013 Commencement brunch promises to be an exciting event for you, your family and friends. The schedule for the day's activities is as follows:
Commencement Brunch at the Georgia World Congress Center
- 9:30 a.m. - Registration begins in the pre-function area of the Georgia Ballroom. Be sure to check in at the registration desk and pick up your name badge. Your name badge contains important instructions for the program.
- 10 a.m. - Students line up to walk across the stage.
- 10:05 a.m. - Greetings from Dean Huss
- 11:30 a.m. - Program concludes.
Ceremony at the Georgia Dome
Bachelor's, Master's and Specialized Master's Commencement Exercises
- 12:30 p.m. - Doors to the Georgia Dome at Gates C and D open to all degree candidates and guests.
- 12:30 p.m. - Candidates must be in designated line up area in the Georgia Dome dressed in regalia.
- 2 p.m. - Degree candidate and faculty processionals begin.
- 3:30 p.m. - Ending time
