Praveen K. Kopalle is an Associate Professor of Business Administration at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, Dartmouth College, Hanover, NH. Prior to joining Tuck in 1996, Praveen taught at the University of Arizona. He received his Ph.D. from Columbia University, New York, MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and B.E. from Osmania University, Hyderabad. His research interests include pricing and promotions, customer expectations, new products, bundling, and e-commerce. Praveen serves as an associate editor of marketing science at the Journal of Retailing and is also on the editorial boards of Marketing Science, Journal of Interactive Marketing, Journal of Revenue and Pricing Management, International of Journal of Technology and Marketing, and IIMB Review. His research has been published in Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Retailing, Managerial and Decision Economics, Marketing Letters, Marketing Science, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Production and Operations Management, Applied Economics, and International Journal of Electronic Commerce. Praveen is a faculty associate of the Glassmeyer/McNamee Center for Digital Strategies at the Tuck School, marketing advisor for BeVocal, Inc. (2001-2006), CA and AtenWorks Inc. (2005-present), CA. Praveen's interests also include golf, cricket, and table tennis.
