Sue Ryung Chang New York University's Stern School of Business
Sue Ryung Chang is a third-year doctoral student in Marketing at New York University's Stern School of Business. She received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Yonsei University in Korea and her Master's degree in Statistics from Harvard University. Prior to joining the Ph.D. program, she worked for two years as an assistant brand manager at Unilever. Her research interests include consumer and firm learning, managerial decision making under uncertainty, and dynamic structural choice models. She has papers in preparation for submission to the Journal of Marketing Research and Quantitative Marketing and Economics, one of which she has presented at the INFORMS Marketing Science Conference.
