Raj Agnihotri is a doctoral candidate at Kent State University, Ohio. His research interest involves topics related to buyer-seller exchange process, salesperson performance, competitive intelligence, and global new product development. Raj's work has been published or forthcoming in the Journal of Personal Selling and Sales Management, Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing, Online Information Review, and Journal of International Management Studies. He has presented papers at several conferences including Winter AMA, Summer AMA, Product Development and Management Association Conference, and National Conference in Sales Management. Raj is currently working on his dissertation investigating competitive intelligence at the individual-level and developing a model with salesperson competitive intelligence use as a focal construct.
