Joon Yong Seo
Joon Yong Seo is a fourth-year student in the marketing Ph.D. program at the David Eccles School of Business, University of Utah. He graduated from Sogang University, with a BA in Business and minor in Psychology. He has a Master's in Business Administration from SNU (Seoul National University) Business School, Seoul, Korea. Before entering the MBA program, he worked for Prudential Financial, Seoul, Korea. His areas of research include consumer judgment and decision-making, charitable giving, self-enhancement, processing fluency, and cross-cultural research. His current research examines, 1) self-enhancement in the altruistic domain and donation in cross-cultural perspective; 2) unconscious influence of color on processing fluency; and 3) interaction between price and food choice.
