Authentication Credentials
You will be provided with a user ID and password for access to the wireless network on the Georgia State campus. When authenticating using these credentials, please note that the user ID is not case-sensitive; however, the password is case-sensitive.
Wireless Access
You will be able to access our wireless network (Catchat) from various areas around campus, including the Rialto Center for the Arts, Aderhold Learning Center and University Commons. In order to access the wireless networks, you will need to do the following:
- View your available wireless networks
- Choose to connect to Catchat
- Open a web browser such as Internet Explorer
- When your browser opens, it should automatically take you to an authentication page
- Enter your user ID and password
