BIO- Once the general manager of IBM's global telecommunications business as well as a managing partner at Accenture, Michael Reene joined Enterpulse in 1999 to lead the company into its next phase of growth. In 2000, Enterpulse was rewarded with a 150 percent increase in revenue over the prior year. In 2001, the company expanded its services to the New York and San Francisco markets. Michael is deeply involved in the technology community on a number of levels and brings us a wealth of experience managing complex and growing companies.
Prior to IBM, Michael spent 17 years at Accenture. His 20 plus years of consulting experience includes advising companies and managing entrepreneurial endeavors in areas such as telecommunications, publishing and Internet start-ups. He is also a co-founder of the Consumer Financial Network (CFN), which now operates as youdecide.com.
Michael served as chairman of the Technology Association of Georgia in 2000, and is currently a member of the board. He is vice chairman of the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and is chairman of its "Industries of the Mind" campaign committee. Michael also continues to serve on the boards of several private technology companies in Atlanta.
He received a bachelor's of science degree in computer science engineering from the University of Illinois and a master's of business administration in management from the University of Chicago. |
