
The Center for Ethics and Corporate Responsibility frequently offers special programs, many of which are open to the public, on a pre-registered basis. Featuring a wide array of presenters and formats, these events address topical issues that are relevant to the Center membership and others interested in quality ethics, leadership and corporate responsibility programming.

The Marine Corps does it every day. Come learn first-hand from Marine Corps Officers how they teach Marine Corps values to 22,000 recruits annually. Discover how they train the broadest cross section of American men and women to respond ethically in extreme situations, and how these lessons apply to your business. Taught by Marine Corps Officers at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot at Parris Island and by Dr. Steven Olson, ethics advisor for the Marine Corps’ leadership and ethics academy, this dramatic program will teach you the what, why and how of transformational leadership that delivers best-in-industry results. Starting with a recruit's welcome at Parris Island's famous "yellow footprints" and chocked full of memorable experiences and timeless leadership teachings, you will learn about the Marine Corps' Values-Based Training Program, which prepares recruits to act ethically as warriors and as citizens.
