The Center for Ethics and Corporate Responsibility - Past Special Programs

On March 27, 2008, the Ethics Center hosted "Ethics and New Media: How the Blogosphere is Affecting Journalism and Business," a discussion of the role of blogging and its effect on the media environment. The discussion was led by a panel representing all facets of the debate on the blogosphere including David Rubinger, vice president for corporate communications at Equifax; Jeremy C. Garlington, publisher of The Garlington Report (a weblog); Greg Lisby, professor of journalism at Georgia State University; and Lea Donosky, interactivity manager, Atlanta Journal Constitution.

The event, presented in cooperation with The Atlanta Press Club, was held at The Commerce Club in downtown Atlanta.
