Theoretical and empirical corporate finance
Baozhong Yang’s research interests are in theoretical and empirical corporate finance, market microstructure, behavioral finance, and asset pricing. Currently he is interested in studying capital structure decisions, information and heterogeneous agents, and institutional investment.
