Dr. Lambert's research focuses primarily on the psychological contract and extends to social exchange processes, social comparison, justice, and research methods. She has published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Psychological Methods, and Business Strategy and the Environment.
Dr. Lambert has consulting experience in leadership development, medical group practice management, manufacturing, employment and training programs, and in research methods and statistics. She is serving as Treasurer for the Research Methods Division of the Academy of Management.
