Dr. Bogner’s current research interests include organizations learning, knowledge management, technology strategy and cross-cultural management. This research focues on how firms set and execute new-knowledge search and exploitation strategies. Dr. Bogner also serves as the Treasurer of the Business Policy and Strategy Division of the Academy of Management and as a co-chair of the Atlanta Competitive Advantage Conference.
