TRAINING
Training on software and equipment is NOT provided by the Lab or staff. However, training and instructions are available from a variety of sources.

• The Digital Aquarium provides workshops free of charge on digital video, digital photo, graphic design, video editing, animation, audio production and DVD production. The Digital Aquarium is located in room 390 at the Student Center. Their phone number is 404-463-9800. eTraining courses are also available free for over 400 software programs.

Certified training is required only for students who wish to borrow the SonyHandycam DCR-HC85. A certificate of completion for the Canon GL1 Workshop from the Digital Aquarium must be presented each time the camera is checked out. No exceptions. (The Canon GL1 workshop provides sufficient training for basic use of the SonyHandycam).
