The Herman J. Russell, Sr. International Center for Entrepreneurship is dedicated to improving the chances of success for 21st century entrepreneurs. The center has three areas of activity with approximately equal priority: degree programs, worldwide knowledge creation, and engagement in the community. Our degree programs for students include graduate courses leading to a concentration in entrepreneurship or a career path in international entrepreneurship for MBA students. In addition there are a number of undergraduate courses. All courses balance theory with practical experience, with the result that students are well-prepared for the excitement and the risks of creating and managing a new business.

The W. T. Beebe Institute of Personnel and Employment Relations, formerly known as the Institute of Industrial Relations, was established in 1987 at the Robinson College of Business. The Institute is dedicated to promoting research, scholarship, education, and service to the Human Resources Management (HRM) profession.
