EXECUTIVE LEADERS APPLICATION
This application asks for basic biographical and educational data. It also contains short questions. These questions are your opportunity to highlight qualities that are relevant to success in a graduate business program but may not be reflected in test scores and past academic records. It is important to answer all questions thoroughly and thoughtfully, as the application is your means of informing us about yourself. Please type all responses on the forms provided or attach all answers to the application.
Application Fee
The application fee is $100, payable by credit card.
TRANSCRIPTS
The Executive Leaders program requires transcripts from each institution you have attended since high school. Transcripts should be forwarded to the Executive Leaders Program (email address listed below). Transcripts are required regardless of your length of stay at the institution (including summer and graduate schools).
You must request two official copies of each transcript.
STATEMENT OF PARTICIPATION
This form should be completed and signed by someone who is responsible for evaluating your performance on the job and progress within your organization. The intent of this document is to verify your manager's acknowledgement of your dedication and time commitment to the program.
RESUME
You are required to submit a current resumé for review.

PERSONAL INTERVIEW
A personal interview is required of all Executive Leaders applicants. Once the Executive Leaders application has been submitted, a representative from the Executive Leaders program will contact you to set up a date and time. For applicants who do not live in the Moscow area, interviews by phone will be considered.
LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION
Letters of recommendation are not required. However, up to two may be submitted for consideration by the admissions committee.
