• Minimum of 7 years of full-time relevant work experience with a minimum of 5 years managerial or supervisory experience.
• Active support of current employer / signed Statement of Participation from employer confirming he/she knows his/her employee will be out of the office on Friday once each month and will be attending EMBA classes.
• GMAT scores. We offer a GMAT waiver for those who have an undergraduate in a quantitative field with an academic record of four points or better in the Russian system or GPA of 3.0+ in the American system, or those who have an advanced degree, i.e., a Master's, JD, MD, CPA, etc. All waivers must be approved by the Executive Leaders program directors.
