Dr. Kelly Grace joined the faculty of the J. Mack Robinson College of Business in January 2013. She had previously been an instructor at the Scheller College of Business at the Georgia Institute of Technology where she taught in the undergraduate, master’s, and executive education programs. Dr. Grace earned several teaching awards during her tenure. She joined the faculty at Georgia Tech upon retiring from consulting after eight years as an associate and partner with the Mescon Group. During her time with Mescon, Dr. Grace worked with firms in a variety of industries to equip them with the capabilities to design and institute organization changes that improved their financial performance. Dr. Grace has presented papers at numerous academic and professional conferences on issues of leadership, organization design, and organization change. She earned a Ph.D. in organizational behavior and a JD from the University of Florida in 1987.
