The function of RCB Systems Support is to provide computer support to the J. Mack Robinson College of Business. We purchase, install and repair PC and Mac computers. We purchase, install and support most software that is commonly used in the college. Systems Support provides laptops, overhead projectors and other equipment to faculty and staff for short-term checkout.
eTraining is also referred to as Web-based training, or just-in-time training. It consists of modularized training courses that are available over the Web anytime and anywhere you have access to the Internet. eTraining is funded by the Student Technology Fee and is available for personal use only to Georgia State students who are eligible to register for classes, and to Georgia State faculty and staff.
