Biography Dr. Rabianski teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in real estate market analysis, finance, investment, real property principles, and appraisal. In addition, he has taught courses in microeconomics, macroeconomics, regional and urban economics, and the economics of housing. His specific research interests are location theory, market analysis and real property valuation techniques for retail, office, and industrial properties
Dr. Rabianski is the co-author of Principles of Real Estate Decisions (Prentice-Hall Inc.); Real Estate Market Analysis: Techniques and Applications (Prentice-Hall, 1988); Shopping Center Appraisal and Analysis, (The Appraisal Institute, 1993); Managing Corporate Real Estate (John Wiley and Sons, 1993); and Georgia License Law, Brokerage and Related Real Estate Topics, (Georgia Real Estate Commission, 1995). Dr. Rabianski serves as a consultant and expert witness in real estate market analysis in the retail, office and hotel/motel property markets. He has performed highest and best use analysis; loss of business income evaluations; economic and fiscal impact studies; and valuation of vacant land, office, retail, industrial, hotel/motel and multi-family residential properties. Dr. Rabianski served as the chair of the Department of Real Estate until June 30, 2005. Education
