Biography Dr. Ziobrowski currently teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in corporate real estate, real estate principles, real estate finance and real estate investment analysis. His research interests include mixed-asset portfolio construction, foreign real estate investments, timesharing and most recently the financial and real estate investments of U.S. Government officials.
Before joining the faculty at Georgia State, Dr. Ziobrowski held an endowed chair at Lander University in Greenwood, South Carolina where he taught corporate finance, financial markets and institutions, insurance investments, personal finance and international finance. Dr. Ziobrowski has published articles in Real Estate Economics, The Journal of Real Estate Research, Journal of Property Valuation and Investment, Journal of International Money and Finance, The Appraisal Journal, Journal of Real Estate Portfolio Management and the Global Finance Journal. In addition, Dr. Ziobrowski served as Managing Editor of The Journal of Real Estate Research from 1998 to 1999 and continues to be a member of its editorial review board as well as the editorial review board of the Journal of Real Estate Literature.
