Function-Specific Expertise

Where the MBA is broad in scope, a specialized master’s focuses on a single discipline. Students in Robinson’s specialized master’s programs often fall into one of two categories.

• They hold an undergraduate degree and wish to study a particular area in depth.
• Their undergraduate degree is in a non-business discipline but their career path requires functional knowledge.

We offer specialized master’s degrees in two formats:

• Flexible-format programs, in which students take as light or as heavy a course load as their schedules permit—graduating in as few as two years, but more typically earning their degrees in three to five years
• One-year programs, in which students earn their degree in 12 months while continuing to work full-time
