Beth Johnston is retired senior vice president –Human Resources of Delta Air Lines, leading the areas of compensation, benefits and services, employment, staffing, recruitment, diversity, equal opportunity and compliance, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development.

A 28-year Delta veteran, Beth also has held leadership positions throughout the company in Information Technology, In-Flight Service, Flight Operations, Corporate Services, Finance, Corporate Planning and Airport Customer Service. Additionally, she has led Field HR organizations supporting Delta's Customer Service, Operations and Marketing divisions.

A native of Sylvester, Georgia, Beth received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Georgia, and her MBA in Industrial Relations from Georgia State University.
