Preparation for the Graduate Record Exam (GRE)

Details

The GRE is an important component for admission to graduate schools throughout the United States. The GRE is expected to become even more vital as schools will begin opting now to accept either the GMAT or the GRE for admission to their programs.

The GRE course at GSU’s Executive Education department is a complete 7-week, 28-hour course. Taught by Dr. Gary B. Cohen, a leading expert in the field, this course includes math preparation and review of Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Word Problems and Quantitative Comparison. In addition, the course covers all of the verbal components of the exam, including Reading Comprehension, Text Completion and Sentence Equivalence as well as the AWA writing section. All course participants receive a copy of Dr. Cohen’s copyrighted text, Doing Your Best on the GRE.
