Jessica Allen, M.S. in Information Systems
Why did you choose Robinson for your graduate education?
I recently finished my B.B.A. in computer information systems at Robinson. Because of Robinson, I most definitely have developed into a hard-working, purposeful, and persistent young professional and built business acumen as well as professional and networking skills. Continuing my academic journey at Robinson will give me even greater career preparation.
How will the degree propel your career goals?
I plan to work in the IT product management field, so learning more about enterprise systems and digital innovation within companies will prepare me to be a successful product manager/owner.
What unique background and perspectives will you bring to classroom discussions?
During my undergraduate studies, I concentrated in data analytics and also earned a minor in marketing. I will be able to discuss how all of these functions depend on each other in day-to-day business operations. I’ve also been interning with Fulton County Government over the past year and can provide insight into government systems and technologies.
