GSU EMBA Students
ICF Georgia presents the Prism Award to honors organizations that have achieved the highest standard of excellence in coaching programs that yield discernible and measurable positive impacts, fulfill rigorous professional standards, address key strategic goals, and shape organizational culture.
Georgia State’s EMBA Program offers students a 360-degree feedback survey with individual coaching. In their leadership coursework, students write about their learnings and the personal impact of the coaching. Participation is tied to their grade for the course.
“We are pleased the coaching component of our EMBA program will be honored by ICF,” said Robin Mladinich, EMBA program director. “We feel our commitment to provide required coaching for each student tied to their leadership coursework is an essential ingredient for student transformation and sets our EMBA program apart.”
“We are excited to bring the Prism Award back to ICF Georgia Chapter. We are especially honored to present these three incredible organizations as examples of how a strong coaching culture can impact the success of an organization. We look forward to continuing to highlight organizations that show leadership in developing their teams which ultimately results in benefits to their customers and our local communities here in Georgia,” said Tonya Echols, PCC, ICF Georgia Chapter President.
