Leadership
Dr. Sanjay Srivastava is associate dean for strategy and special projects at the J. Mack Robinson College of Business. His research interests include the design of financial contracts, the organization of financial markets and experimental studies of asset markets. His research findings have appeared in journals including Econometrica, Journal of Finance, Journal of Economic Theory, Review of Financial Studies, Review of Economic Studies and the Journal of International Economics. He also has served on the editorial boards of leading research publications and is the author of several textbooks.
Srivastava has worked as a consultant with Morgan Stanley and the J. P. Morgan Private Bank. Additionally he served as a director for sovereign debt solutions (2002-2012), a capital markets advisory firm that was the negotiating team for retail creditors in the $100 billion Argentina debt restructuring.
Dr. Yusen Xia is director of the Institute for Insight and faculty director of the Master of Science in Analytics program. His research interests include structured and unstructured data analytics, algorithm design and machine learning, and operations and supply chain management.
Xia has published papers in journals such as Operations Research, Manufacturing and Service Operations Management, Production and Operations Management, Journal of Operations Management, IIE Transactions, Naval Research Logistics, and Decisions Sciences, among others. His research has been supported by NSF and industries such as Amazon.com, Ryerson Inc., and Closets and More. He is currently a senior editor of Production and Operations Management and an associate editor of Decision Sciences.
