The Certificate in Business Analytics equips students with the analytics and big data skills needed to be successful in modern organizations. By earning this certificate, you will inform employers of your passion for and acumen in the analytics arena.

The undergraduate certificate in management consulting will prepare you to compete for and succeed in entry-level management consulting positions. You'll build strong leadership, teamwork, critical problem-solving, and communication skills through unique experiential learning opportunities completed in partnership with top consulting firms.

The Certificate in Risk Management and Insurance explores the principles of insurance, provides an overview of commercial and personal insurance coverages, and teaches the fundamentals of business risk management. The insurance industry continues to be a strong job market for undergraduate students and the certificate should instigate more students to consider the industry for careers regardless of college major.

Robinson's M.S. in Supply Chain Management is a STEM-designated program designed to equip students with advanced analytical and managerial skills needed to drive performance and effect positive change in today’s complex supply chains.

The Department of Management offers two doctoral specializations: organizational behavior & human resources, and strategy. Applicants must select one of the two specializations but have the opportunity to take seminars in both specializations facilitating cross-disciplinary research.

• Organizational Behavior & Human Resources
  Faculty in the organizational behavior & human resources specialization research a wide range of topics including leadership, culture, health and well-being, affect, creativity, job attitudes, negotiations, gender, socialization, and social exchange. Our faculty make influential theoretical and empirical contributions that simultaneously impact organizational practice. Our faculty within this specialization publish in premier academic journals including Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Strategic Management Journal, Organizational Science, and Administrative Science Quarterly.

• Strategy
  Faculty in the strategy specialization research a wide range of topics including competition and corporate strategy, organizational innovation and learning, managerial and organizational cognition, organizational identity, compensation, and governance. Our faculty make influential theoretical and empirical contributions that simultaneously impact organizational practice. Our faculty within this specialization publish in premier academic journals including Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and Organizational Behavior and Human Development Processes.
