The conference will be capped by the prestigious 28th MAX (Marketing Excellence) Awards to recognize and honor marketing innovations developed and implemented during 2022-23 by companies based in Georgia. We will recognize excellence in marketing innovation across three categories: established firms, start-ups, and nonprofits.

Association
This event is being produced in collaboration with the GSU Marketing RoundTable at the Robinson College of Business of Georgia State University. The GSU Marketing RoundTable is one of the longest-running Marketing RoundTables in the country, comprising over 50 senior marketing professionals representing many of Georgia’s premier companies. Members of the Marketing RoundTable help judge the entries for the MAX Awards.
Purpose
This event comes with a purpose. The proceeds from this event go towards funding minority marketing scholarships for students at Georgia State University. (Marketing Awards for Excellence)
Presented by Robinson’s Department of Marketing, the Marketing Awards for Excellence (MAX) program is considered the most prestigious marketing awards event in Georgia. The 28th MAX Awards will honor the best in new products, services, and ways to market developed in 2022-2023. Entries are judged on the criteria of innovation, marketing support and marketplace success. The net proceeds from entry fees and the event are used to support the Outstanding Minority Marketing Student Scholarship Fund.
