ROUNDTABLES
Robinson serves as an engine for the advancement of knowledge, for not only students but also the business community at large.
The college is home to several roundtables consisting of executives who are hungry to discuss trending topics relevant to their fields, and to discover solutions to common problems. Members engage in energetic discussions that contribute to the spirit of lifelong learning.
Financial Leadership Network
The Financial Leadership Network fosters and promotes the professional development of leaders among the ranks of Atlanta-area finance executives at major companies.
Members enjoy access to the Georgia State University network for recruiting opportunities and faculty expertise, while the university benefits from gaining business world input on program curricula, engaging students in mentorships and inviting members to serve as guest speakers in class. Participation is limited and by invitation only. Members typically possess 10 or more years of experience as financial leaders at companies with revenues that exceed $500 million.
Activities
The Financial Leadership Network hosts directed discussions and speaker-driven events that introduce timely topics for the modern financial leader, and offer peer-to-peer relationship building. All events earn continuing professional education credit.

Global Logistics RoundTable
The Global Logistics RoundTable is a gathering of national corporate executives who have senior-level responsibility for logistics, operations and supply chain management.
Membership is by invitation only and is not limited to a specific number of companies. Members are expected to share their ideas, tactics and practices in the field of logistics with the roundtable in order to facilitate a free-flowing open forum. Only one company per industry will be seated on the roundtable in order to develop a network of peers in a non-competitive environment and enhance the depth of conversations.
Activities
The Global Logistics RoundTable provides programming aimed at the issues and concerns of its members. Members select the topics for discussion at roundtable meetings, which are led by industry experts. Examples of past meeting topics include economic conditions, best operational practices, talent development, and organizational health and performance.

Human Resources Executive RoundTable
The Human Resources Executive RoundTable comprises top human resources executives from major Atlanta companies and strives to aid members in achieving their organizational goals.
The roundtable was established by members of the Department of Management, the Beebe Institute of Personnel and Employment Relations, executive programs and the Career Advancement Center - all units of the Robinson College of Business. Invitation-only membership is limited to about 25 companies because smaller meetings can allow for more thoughtful discussion.
Activities
The Human Resources Executive RoundTable provides high-quality programs aimed at the concerns of corporate human resources executives. These programs are strategic in focus, and the topics are chosen as a result of membership surveys.
