Information for Employers
How are students identified?
This initiative has become one of the Career Advancement Center’s most highly rated programs. Our competitive application process pinpoints students who are currently enrolled in Robinson’s MBA and master’s programs. Applicants are matched with coaches based on common career interests, industry, and functional backgrounds.
Format and Coaching Commitment
Executive coaches typically select one day to volunteer and indicate their availability (morning/afternoon/evening). Each coach will be matched with three to four students. Coaches will meet with each student individually for 45 minutes. This is a one-time commitment, and there is no obligation to continue coaching after the program concludes.
How do I volunteer to serve as an executive coach?
The fall 2018 Executive Career Coaching program boasted the largest number of coaches and students since its inception. Given that success, we anticipate another strong turnout in fall 2019. We hope to utilize all executive coaches that sign up to volunteer, but their participation will be confirmed based on the number of students who attend.
Information for Graduate Students
Deadline: Applications for Executive Career Coaching for fall 2019 are now open until Friday, November 1, 2019 at noon.
