The Undergraduate Certificate in Professional Sales is designed to provide you with a solid foundation in the fundamentals of selling. During the program, you will build knowledge and develop skills to help you be successful in actual sales situations. You will complete hands-on assignments in presentations, sales scenarios, and collegiate sales contests. The instructors are prominent research faculty in the science and art of selling and are also successful practitioners with real-world experience.

New tools and packages are rapidly democratizing the field of data science, giving rise to the role of “citizen data scientists”—professionals who may not have deep programming skills but, with the right tools, are capable of leveraging advanced technologies as well as working with and leading teams of data scientists to create value and realize the potential of artificial intelligence. A recent Gartner study projects the number of citizen data scientists will grow five times faster than the number of expert data scientists in the next few years.

The Artificial Intelligence Innovation Certificate program is designed with the citizen data scientist in mind. You will examine AI-related concepts that lead to discovery of innovative solutions to business challenges. Key topics include data programming, machine learning and predictive analytics.

No matter your background, you can prepare for an exciting career in data science at Robinson.

Whether you are a math whiz or possess a liberal arts degree, this program will prepare you for a job in the data science field. After reviewing your application, the admissions committee will enroll you in a pathway that makes sense based on your background. Both tracks—data scientist and citizen data scientist—are STEM-designated as well as comprehensive, rigorous, and fast-paced. Through the Regynald G. Washington Master of Global Hospitality Management program, students become completely adept at using the latest technologies to drive innovation across all hospitality sectors. In addition to taking six core courses covering the foundations of the hospitality field, students pursue a career track addressing the need for visionary talent who can handle constant change and spearhead data-driven solutions.

Through Robinson’s M.S. in Information Systems, you can pursue a concentration that best suits your career goals. Options include big data management and analytics, digital innovation, and cybersecurity. Our cybersecurity concentration earned a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Research and Education designation from the NSA and DHS.

You’ll also attend boot camps covering in-demand topics related to your concentration.
