PROGRAMS FOR ORGANIZATIONS
Our Process
Assess
Beginning with a needs assessment, Robinson faculty and the executive education team connect with your organization’s stakeholders to develop a deeper understanding of your needs, priorities and interests.
Design and Develop
Our dedicated team will co-design a program to meet your objectives, whether it involves team upskilling, leadership development, or advancing specific skills-based capabilities. Our programs are designed to show business impact. By completing projects, learners showcase tangible new skills that demonstrate ROI for the organization.
Deliver
Whether in-person or online, Robinson faculty and executive practitioners engage learners in active discussions, applied learning, and hands-on simulations. We welcome the opportunity to collaborate in the classroom with organization leaders and subject matter experts to reinforce company-specific topics and learnings.
Areas of Expertise
Our programs are aligned with industry and emerging trends. Robinson faculty hail from nontraditional disciplines to bridge the gap between industry and academics, equipping you with up-to-the-minute, interdisciplinary skills that translate to your organization. Our faculty are thought leaders and experts in the areas of:
Strategic Thinking: Exploring the latest insights and approaches, providing learners with the frameworks and toolsets they need to leverage their own capabilities in innovative ways to capitalize on opportunities in the marketplace.
Leadership & Change: Drawing out and building upon personal and team leadership capabilities and preparing individuals for future leadership challenges.
Growth & Innovation: Providing frameworks and tools to identify organic growth opportunities and exposing the dynamic process of continually creating new business models, improving customer experience, and opening new markets — as well as launching new products.
Fintech Innovation: Grounding learners with an understanding of the impact fintech technologies make on the financial services field, and equipping them with the ability to tackle business problems with creative and innovative fintech-driven solutions.
Finance & Value Creation: Providing learners with a solid foundation in the language and principles of financial analysis and decision-making. Exploring core financial tools used to evaluate business opportunities, assess financial risks, and communicate ideas to others.
Operations & Logistics: Covering strategic topics in the areas of operations, logistics and supply chain that go beyond optimizing resources and efficiencies. Instead, arming learners with the insights and tools to successfully drive change and create a performance culture that accelerates rather than hinders innovation.
