Registration, Program Fees, Payments
Because we keep our classes small, we encourage early registration. The program fee is due in advance of the program. Please note that GSU reserves the right to cancel a program if the minimum number of registrations is not reached.
Please note: Discount and promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and must be entered at the time of registration. They cannot be applied retroactively. Price adjustments will not be issued.
A 10% processing fee will be assessed for all refunds and credit adjustments. Exception to this processing fee are classes canceled by the college.
Transfers will be granted at no charge for requests received five (5) or more business days prior to the start of the program. Transfer requests received five (5) business days or less of the program start date will be assessed a transaction fee of 10% of the registration and must be paid at the time of the request. Transfer requests will only be granted one (1) time per registrant.
A full refund, minus a 10% processing fee, will only be granted for cancellation requests received in writing 15 or more business days prior to the program start date. A 50% refund, minus an additional 10% processing fee, will be granted for cancellation requests received in writing 10 or more business days prior to the program start date. No refund will be granted for cancellation requests received within 10 or fewer days prior to the start of the program. No refund will be granted for no-shows or for partial participation.
We reserve the right to cancel a program at any time prior to the scheduled start date. In the unlikely event that a program is cancelled, the registration will automatically be transfered to the next scheduled program, or a full refund will be granted at your request, whichever you prefer.
Note: Written requests for transfer or refund must be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Substitutions may be made, without penalty, with written notice at least five business days prior to the program.
A program's content may be modified or the program leader(s) substituted due to unforeseen or emergency circumstances; however, the program's fundamental mission and learning objectives as stated in the program description will be retained.
