WomenLead
Information for Participating Companies
WomenLead participants possess the ambition and drive required to successfully navigate the professional world.
With the guidance of corporate and community leaders and mentors, they can begin making concrete plans to map their route to the board room.
The WomenLead program is divided into five sections, with up to 25 students in each section. The classes last one semester and comprise a variety of opportunities for students to apply what they are learning through experiential activities. After attending corporate discussion panels and company site visits as well as working with mentors, they produce a final strategic leadership plan.

WomenLead hosts several events that celebrate women’s leadership and engage the university, alumni, industry, community and individual partners.
