A Signature Experience Course
WomenLead in Entrepreneurship and Innovation equips Georgia State University undergraduate women to enter the innovation economy with confidence and to position themselves as founders and leaders of high-growth entrepreneurial ventures. This experiential course allows students to learn beyond the classroom and provides them with access to faculty, research, leadership skills, community partners, networking, and strategic career development, in addition to leveraging on-campus resources to immerse students in innovative technology solutions. Students will learn to lead themselves and their teams through the process of building a profitable and scalable solution to a validated customer problem. Class modules include: developing entrepreneurial identity, understanding overlooked markets, thinking through the financials, rightsizing teams, and practicing entrepreneurial grit.
WomenLead in Entrepreneurship and Innovation: ENI3400 is open to students who apply and receive permission from the instructor to join this limited-size class.
In order to be eligible for the course, you must:
- Have completed 15-60 credit hours
- Have completed at least four of the six foundation courses (Area F)
- Have a 3.0 or higher GPA
