BTech, electrical and electronics engineering, College of Engineering TrivandrumAmrita George is a clinical assistant professor in the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State. Prior to arriving at Georgia State, she was assistant professor of information systems at the College of Business, Marquette University. She has nine years of IT experience spanning business analysis, project management and consulting across multiple business domains. Her research interests include health information technology, business intelligence and analytics and emergent technologies. Her research has been published in premier journals, including the Journal of Medical Internet Research and Journal of Database Management. Her work has also appeared in top tier conference proceedings, namely, International Conference on Information Systems, Americas Conference on Information Systems and Academy of Management Global Proceedings. She is also a recipient of an NSF grant to study the implications of algorithms on the future of work.
