B.A., communications, Asbury UniversityChristiane Palpant (a.k.a. Prof CP) is passionate about professional sales, marketing and client service. She has devoted her three-decade career to business leadership from start-up companies to Fortune 200 global enterprises. She was recently Senior Vice President and Head of Client Services at FIS, a Fortune 200 company and the world's largest global provider dedicated to banking and payments technologies.
Previous to FIS, Christiane was an entrepreneur and a founding member of FinTech Securities, LLC an institutional broker dealer in Atlanta, Georgia. She was also a Vice President of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey’s Capital Markets division and led division Sales. During her business career she has received several distinguished awards: Sales Excellence, President’s Club and Sales Team Champion.
Since 2019, Christiane has been teaching Principles of Professional Sales at Georgia State and has recently accepted a full-time position with the university. She is passionate about making a positive impact on people’s lives through mentoring, guest lecturing and teaching.
Christiane holds an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. She has also completed Certificates in Executive Leadership and Financial Management from The Indian Institute of Management and Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management. She has a bachelor’s degree from Asbury University in the field of communications with highest academic achievement honors.
She serves on several boards and her personal pursuits include French language study, fine art oil painting and adventure travel.
