Oghenebruphiyo Gloria Onosu

Oghenebruphiyo Gloria Onosu received her doctorate degree from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Her current research focuses on leadership development, mentoring identity and cross-cultural engagement. Her work contributes to our understanding of the interconnection between business and leadership and the impact of this interrelationship on business and the stakeholders. Previously, she worked at the University of Pittsburgh and Purdue University. She has also worked in the aviation industry as an operations manager for over six years.
