Kyungsoo Kim is an Assistant Professor of Management at J. Mack Robinson College of Business. His research focuses on strategic resource allocation and its role in driving technological innovation and improving managerial efficiencies. His current work delves into human capital movements within and across organizations, aiming to uncover insights that inform corporate strategy and decision-making.
Prior to his academic career, he worked as a research scientist at LG Chem, where he gained extensive experience in industry R&D.
