Lynn M. Hua is an Assistant Professor at the Maurice R. Greenberg School of Risk Science at Georgia State University. Her research interests include studying the design and regulation of health insurance markets and how to use incentives to promote quality and value in healthcare. She holds a PhD from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where she also was an Associate Fellow at the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics. Before joining Georgia State, Professor Hua was a Postdoctoral Fellow in Health Care Markets, Policy, and Regulation at Harvard University and a Pre-Doctoral Fellow at Stanford Health Policy.
