Ramakrishnan received his PhD from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah, in Salt Lake City. His Research focuses on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data, Ethics and Social Media Marketing. He has worked on utilizing algorithms to conduct analysis on survey data quality. He has collaborated with non-profit organizations to offer research insights to improve their social media performance.
