Palladi has taught at Georgia State since 1987 and teaches courses in organizational behavior, organizational theory, organizational communication and strategy. Before entering the teaching profession, Palladi worked at Mead Products from 1977 until 1988. She began her career at Mead as an industrial engineer and moved up to the position of plant superintendent. Her research interests include organizational culture assessment, organizational change processes, and organizational communication. Other research interests include multiple areas within management education.
