M.A., economics, Clemson UniversityRobert Chatt is a limited term assistant professor in the Department of Finance in the Robinson College of Business. He uses He/Him/His pronouns.
Chatt's research interests consist primarily of scholarship of teaching and learning work, where he attempts to investigate topics which will improve the classroom experience for his students. Primarily he examines two main questions: How to better engage students with material that is traditionally dry, and the most effective mechanisms for teaching financial literacy to students and especially those in underserved populations.
Chatt comes to the Robinson College from Westfield State University. He received his doctoral degree in finance from Pennsylvania State University. His hobbies include hiking, reading science fiction and watching both hockey and football.
