Torian Salary

Torian Salary has more than a decade of business communication and organizational leadership experience. He has coached leaders from various companies including Ernst & Young, Coca-Cola, Home Depot, Accenture, Delta, McKesson and Comcast. He is proficient and highly skilled at identifying barriers to organizational growth and effective communication.

Salary received a doctoral degree in education and organizational leadership from Northcentral University. His core research was on transformational and transactional leaders and their role in intrinsically and extrinsically motivating their employees. He also has a master’s in innovative and strategic leadership from Western International University and a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism and public relations from Troy University.

Additionally, he is a minister, life coach and author of the book Weathering Your Wilderness. However, his greatest accomplishment is being married and having four beautiful children.
