Isidro is not only dedicated to his academic and professional pursuits but also to making a difference in his community. He is the founder of a non-profit organization called Dreamers, which stands for the Diverse Role Models Encouraging, Assisting, Mentoring, Empowering, and Rallying students. This organization's primary mission is to inspire and support minorities to complete high school and explore their options for post-secondary education. Through Dreamers, Isidro initiated an All-Latino Male Mentorship Program at Forest Park Middle School, where he personally connected with 15 students and provided them with valuable mentorship in their life endeavors.

Through all his involvement, he hopes to enhance his skills and become a competent professional pursuing his career goals. His curiosity, which led him to discover this field of study, has not only motivated him to take action toward his personal development but has also shaped his career goals.

With four years of experience in financial institutions, Nancy has developed a profound understanding of economic laws through her roles as a Senior Bank Representative and Bank Teller at the National Bank of Malawi. Her exposure to financial risk procedures ignited a passion for financial risk management, where she aims to leverage her expertise in data analytics to become an exceptional risk analyst in finance.

Currently, Nancy works as a Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia State University, specializing in data analysis and management. She utilizes Big Data Analytics and Machine Learning to develop models and algorithms for decision-making processes and product development. Additionally, she has contributed to external sprint projects, collaborating with real-world data to provide impactful solutions for various organizations.

Nancy also serves as the Treasurer for the Actuarial and Risk Management Association at Georgia State University, further honing her financial management skills.

Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Nancy enjoys basketball, swimming, traveling, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
