Rise to your full potential. Robinson’s Immersive Sophomore Experience (RISE) provides an opportunity for sophomore-level business majors to accelerate their careers. Participants will be immersed in real-world business environments and position themselves for success through professional assessments, individual coaching sessions, mentoring, networking events and speaker series.
Cornerstone Course
All RISE students will take BUSA 2300 – Personal and Career Development. During this three-credit-hour course, students will explore their interests, values, and leadership behaviors, with the ultimate goal of launching and sustaining productive careers. Through intense class engagement as well as assessments that foster self-awareness, students will catapult themselves along the path of lifelong learning and self-actualization.

How to Apply
As a Student
Business majors can participate in RISE during the fall or spring semester of their sophomore year. With a limit of 35 seats, this exclusive opportunity will allow participants to forge meaningful connections with a cohort of hard-working peers. Class will meet on Fridays from 12:30-3:00 p.m. on the 11th floor of 55 Park Place.
