Empowering Women to Lead
What makes WomenLead special?
Develop connections
Students engage with community executives and leaders through group activities such as discussion panels, company visits, service projects and networking events, as well as on an individual basis through engagement interviews and mentoring relationships.
Better understand yourself and the workforce
Through a series of assessments, we help students understand their personal strengths and skills, and how those skills can translate to success in the workforce.
Participate actively in your education
As a Signature Experience, WomenLead delivers an immersive experience, provides students with opportunities to apply what they are learning, incorporates experiential learning and culminates in a final project evaluated by faculty and community leaders.
